This role involves making several types of outbound calls including - contact list maintenance, list updating, lead generation, RSVP's, reporting, customer service and surveys/research calls - the vast majority of work is business to business.
The Campaign Callers must have a PC or laptop, broadband internet and email access and home phone line. Hours are fully flexible and you will work from home or the clients office from time to time. Excellent rates of pay and a great support network. A friendly telephone manner, organisational skills and excellent communication skills are a must! Reasonable level of Excel understanding and experience is required. Past calling experience is beneficial.
