Charitable Trust
Our brief was to help to raise the profile of the charity, to identify corporate sponsors and secure donations. In 3 weeks we spoke to over 1500 corporates identifying many interested parties for the Trust to pursue. We co-ordinated a Direct Mail drop to follow up these calls.
Systems Specialist
Our clients discovered alot from the customer service surveys we conducted, and it wasn't all good. But they were able to act on those negative comments from the clients - to take these on board in the knowledge that customer service was improved.
New Business Purchase - Customer Survey
When new owners purchased an established print sales and service business, 99 conducted a survey of local businesses for them. Targeted questions were asked about the businesses requirements. This information gathering identified many potential leads, but also gave much background detail. Our client now has the confidence and knowledge to target the sales angles in future approaches to these leads.
Admin Services
The aim of the initial short campaign was to promote a new company that provides outsourced administration duties. Calls were made to Hawkes Bay businesses and appointments were secured and information sent out to prospective new clients.
Commercial Cleaning
We have cold called different areas in NZ for different companies, generating appointments for either the owner of local franchise/the owner to attend meetings as an opportunity to quote for services. At the same time for one company we updated a large % of the database with correct details and were able to provide market feedback and competitor companies names and information.
Networking Associations
Again in the lead generation area, setting up appointments to increase the client/business size, conducting market research and generating a buzz in local communities around the organisations.
Real Estate
We work with a number of real estate companies. 99 is able to make calls after working hours from a database of residential homes on certain targeted streets on behalf of Real Estate agents to identify homeowners interested in selling or buying at the current time.
Insurance
Working with a nationwide insurance company. Calling existing clients to arrange appointments as part of a customer service campaign. The appointments created an opportunity for the local agent to upsell insurance products.
Restaurants
A database was firstly put together as the first step. Targeting businesses surrounding the establishment. Next step was send out a direct mail piece aimed at the Christmas market and staff/client functions. These were followed up with lead generation calls to obtain booking and the restaurant owner/manager to attend a meeting to sort out the details.
Payroll
99 callers worked on site at a local payroll company and phoned businesses from it's database of clients. The purpose was to secure appointments for demonstrations and to send out information.
Website
Our client, a web-based company used our services to contact existing clients with free listings on its website, and to turn these listings into paying advertisers. Thus the existing database was updated, and revenue was created for the company.
Recruitment
Working mainly in the Auckland market for a specialist recruitment company, generation leads in the form of appointments. Whenever our client was in Auckland and had time spare, we would fill his diary with appointments with new potential clients with positions to fill.
Computer Support
We have done a range of work in the IT section. From database builds in new areas for a NZ franchise to market to. Then calling this database to arrange introductory appointments. We have also carried out customer care calls following a call out to see that everything was satisfactory.
Hotel Supplies
Our client is a Hawkes Bay based company that specialises in selling personalised hotel consumables (e.g shampoo, soap, tea, coffee etc). 99 created a database of all hotels and motels in NZ, identified the correct contact points and arranged appointments. Thus our client could focus nationwide sales campaign meeting and demonstrating its products to the right people.
Instruments
Ukelele The purpose of this campaign was two-fold. One part was to contact Music Retailers nationwide to arrange appointments for the company to demonstrate their products. The second part was to contact schools nationwide and arrange appointments to meet with Principals and music teachers to explain the "Ukeleles in Schools" project and demonstrate their company's products and services.
